1. Are your products original?
Yes. We sell only original products.
2. Do you ship from USA?
Yes. We ship from USA for all orders with US addresses. We use priority mail 2 days. It will take 3-5 days for your order to be delivered to any US state
For Canadian addresses we ship from Toronto with Canada post.

Does www.Hotsupreme.com use the personal data of customers (mailing address, e-mail address, etc.) for advertising campaigns or other promotional activities?
We do not sell or rent your personal information to others. The information provided to us as a result of your online purchase, such as your name, E-mail address, phone number(s), and point of delivery or forwarding address are only used for shipping.

You can find the details of orders placed in our web store in your Order List. Click on the transaction you are interested in and view all the information about it: Order info, Shipping info, brands
purchased, quantity, and total amount.
5. How long does it take to process the order?
Same day within 1-12 hours
6. Do I have to create an account to make an order?
No, you don’t have to.
7. How can I track my order?
You can find a tracking number in the confirmation email once you paid.
8. What countries do you ship to?
We ship only in the USA and Canada domestically without customs and any fees.
